Vision Board Workshop Saturday 29th March
A mindful and fun way to set your intentions at the start of Spring, creating a Vision Board, also known as a Mood board or Action board.
A thoughtful and creative workshop, setting intentions with the season of regrowth as Nature springs to life once again.
Visualising your goals & aspirations, and putting them in picture form, helps clarify what you want, adding purpose and a focus to fulfill your desires.
Looking ahead at what you wish for your life, adding meaningful photos, images and words onto a board, gives conviction and structure to help transform your vision into your reality.
Vision Boards serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, and are an enjoyable way to express your desires, goals and ambitions.
All materials are supplied by Solas, you are welcome to add your own photos, please bring them with you on the day.

Join us for a fun and creative workshop where you will paint/decorate your own candles to take home, being in the moment and adding a Spring theme to your designs in the lead up to Easter.
No Artistic knowledge required, you will be guided through the art of candle decorating with a free rein to create your own design.

Facial Workshop
Date: Saturday 17th May 2025

This workshop is an holistic approach to healing through the exploration of the face.
Taking a deeper look at the layout of the face, from the condition, texture, temperature and tone of the skin, to the appearance of the eyes, nose and mouth, we can identify areas of stagnantion within the body.
We will demonstrate a range of techniques to help release blocked energy, and boost the lymphatic and sinus areas of the face.
Exploring the face in detail, working on key areas to help replenish the skin and maintain a healthier complexion.
An introduction to a selection of key facial oils, natural, organic ingredients that nourish and stimulate the skin; the workshop includes a sample of oils used on the day, a natural application of essential oils to benefit and improve your wellbeing.
We encourage before and after photos so you can compare and notice the difference, an overall healthier appearance, using these simple and natural facial techniques to rejuvenate skin.
The workshop will include:
- a symmetrical analysis of the face
- in-depth study of the face, to determine overall wellbeing
- identifying facial reflex points connected to the body
- lymphatic and sinus clearing practical
- facial techniques and massage (demonstration followed by guided practical session)

One-Day Introductory Workshop on the Bach Flower Essences

Cost: £95 this includes a bottle of personalised essence, handouts and refreshments of Teas and coffee.
The Bach Flower Essences are a system of 38 natural flower essences that can assist in bringing a person into greater emotional, mental and spiritual harmony.
The day will include:
A brief history of Dr Edward Bach and his discovery of the Bach Flower Essences.
What the essences are, how they are made and how they work.
An overview of the 38 essences and some of the emotional/mental states they can assist in balancing.
How to select essences for yourself and family.
A look at some specific negative emotional states such as fear, guilt, stress and anxiety that the Bach Flower Essences can help ease.
How to prepare a bottle, and how to take the essences.
During the day, there will also be meditations, and participants will be able to prepare a bottle of essences to take home.
